The special task force (STF) of the crime branch here on Tuesday arrested Suraj Dalabehera, a notorious brown sugar dealer from Khurda, for his alleged links with drug mafia in the state and outside.Dalabehera was a member of a drug trafficking gang that was busted on January 25.
