State reports over 10k cases, but positvity down to 13.7%

For the past seven days daily Covid cases in the state continue to hover above 10,000, a sign experts find comforting but are not in a hurry to call it a plateau yet given that Odisha is listed among the top-10 high burden states in the country with 88,346 active positive cases.
