Red Cross, Odisha transport dept to give first-aid training to highway vendors

The Indian Red Cross Society has joined hands with the State Transport Authority (STA) to provide first aid and life-saving skills to at least 30,000 people, mostly those staying or doing business along the highways, so that they can turn saviours for road accident victims, whenever necessary.
