Odisha: Violence rears head again in third-phase

While the third-phase polling of the panchayat election on Sunday ended peacefully in the Maoist-affected pockets, sporadic incidents of violence were reported from some of the coastal districts of the state. According to the preliminary estimate by the State Election Commission, over 71% polling was recorded in the third phase.
