Odisha: Narrow escape for disaster response personnel as boat’s engine malfunctions amid strong currents in Mahanadi

Four personnel of Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force (ODRAF) and two local television news crew narrowly escaped a boat mishap while trying to rescue a trapped tusker at Mundali barrage over Mahanadi in Odisha on Friday morning.
