Bishnu Barma, a 22-year-old man, has been arrested for allegedly killing his father, Kranti Kumar Barma, who was out on bail after serving time for murdering his own mother in 2009. Bishnu reportedly struck his father with an iron pipe following arguments about Kranti’s alleged harassment of women in their village after his release.
