The Jalaka was flowing nearly one metre above the danger mark by evening. However, officials monitoring the river water level at the control room here assured that no trouble situation will come up at any place across the region. They added that the Baitarani, Brahmani, Burhabalang and Subarnarekha saw a rise in their water levels, but those did not cross the danger level till the evening. Also, the water level of Jalaka is not alarming, the officials said.
