Lady doc who helped Swain in fraud held

Commissionerate police on Tuesday arrested a lady doctor, one of the several wives of fraudster Ramesh Swain (60), whom cops arrested recently for allegedly passing off as a doctor and having multiple marriages in the state and outside.
