High security plates: No fine for those with online slots booked

With the deadline for attaching high security registration plates (HSRP) on vehicles ending on Friday, the state transport authority (STA) on Monday said those who carry receipts of online slot booking to get the plates installed by the deadline would be exempted from paying fine.
