Mayor of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Sulochana Das, and MLA (Bhubaneswar Central) Ananta Narayan Jena, on Friday laid the foundation stone for a road that will connect Kalinga Stadium with National Highway-16. The road will pass through Behera Sahi and Radha Krushna Temple.
