An FIR has been filed against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Odisha’s Jharsuguda district for allegedly making an “anti-national” statement. BJP, its youth wing, RSS, and Bajrang Dal members lodged the complaint. The police registered the FIR under sections 152 and 197(1)(d) of BNS, accusing Gandhi of deliberately making statements that threaten India’s unity and integrity.
