Family cries torture after man caught for ‘cycle theft’ dies ‘in police custody’

The death of a man hours after his arrest by Badagada police here on Sunday night for allegedly stealing a bicycle has left the commissionerate police in a spot, with his family on Monday accusing the cops of custodial torture.
