Experienced cops called in to manage Congress rally in Bhubaneswar

Around 100 experienced police personnel were briefly called back to Bhubaneswar to assist in managing the Congress-sponsored assembly gherao. Extensive security, including barricades and CCTV, was put in place to prevent a repeat of the 2012 violent clashes.
