BHUBANESWAR: With Covid cases rising across the state, the Institute of Life Sciences (ILS) on Sunday put 70 positive samples under genome sequencing, the first time in the current wave. The sequencing hopes to find the sub-variant responsible for the recent spread of the virus, whether it is the BA.2, BA.3 or BA.4 variants or a new one.
