Draft electoral roll to be ready by Feb 10 for BMC election

City authorities will complete the draft electoral roll for election to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on February 10. The final list will come out on February 15.Since the last BMC poll in 2014, there has been an increase of 1.35 lakh voters.
