Cops see role of two state-level Maoist leaders in IED blasts

The Odisha state committee members of CPI (Maoist) Nikhil alias Niranjan Rout and Dasru could be the brains behind the recent twin IED blasts, which killed two civilians in the past one week. They are executing the plans with their handful of cadres, police sources said.
