Cong picks party loyalist as city mayor candidate

The Congress on Friday chose Madhusmita Acharya as its mayoral candidate for the upcoming election to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC). Acharya, who is a post graduate in arts and has done MBA in cosmetology, is daughter-in-law of former MLA Kangali Charan Panda.
