bhubaneswar although the new academic session began across the state around oneandahalf months ago many students of classes ix and x are yet to get their textbooksthough the authorities concerned claim the textbooks are available in the market shopkeepers parents and teachers claimed that the old books have already been sold out and the new ones are yet to hit the stores…..delay in the stores…..
