Burglars strike at Odisha IAS officer’s residence in Bhubaneswar

Burglars continue to strike with impunity during the festive season in the capital city with senior IAS officer, Manish Agarwal, becoming their latest target. Saheed Nagar police has started an investigation following a complaint lodged by the bureaucrat on Friday.
