The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday issued an order saying residential houses, vendors and shopkeepers will have to pay penalty of Rs 5,000 if they do not keep two proper-sized dustbins for dry and wet waste separately. They will also have to keep a 5-metre radius of the premises clean, the BMC added.
