An MBA graduate (25) allegedly beat his younger brother (21) to death for neglecting his studies. The incident was reported from Salia Sahi area on Monday night. On Tuesday, Nayapalli police arrested Biswamohan Senapati on charges of killing Rajmohan Senapati, a BEd student.
