Aparajita writes to CM to move Centre on Metro in twin cities

A ray of hope has emerged for introduction of metro rail in the smart city with Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi on Monday writing to chief minister Naveen Patnaik urging him to direct officials to send a proposal in this regard to the ministry of housing and urban affairs.
