26 trains set to be cancelled in Odisha

Frequent travellers to the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack may have to shelve their plans or find an alternative mode of travel with as many as 26 trains set to be cancelled from Tuesday (December 7) until next Wednesday (December 15) for the doubling of tracks on the Sambalpur-Hirakud stretch and for modernisation work between the Belpahar and Himgir stations. Besides, the usually packed Bhubaneswar-Balangir Express will be short-terminated from Wednesday until next Tuesday (December 14).
